Francis Nnadi and Co. sources properties for sale, management, letting and long-term lease and markets secured briefs to prospective clients. Graduate of Estate Management, Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri. He worked with Elias Icheku and Co, Okerie and Associates and Jide Taiwo and Co before establishing Francis Nnadi and Co. His professional work includes valuation, feasibility and viability appraisal, property management, farm and land brokerage, and residential and commercial real estate brokerage.

Esther is the firm’s administrator, she holds a degree in Mass Communication and has worked with several organizations in the capacity of an administrator. She is the secretary of the above noble firm. She has B.sc degree in microbiology from Imo State University, Owerri. She holds an Advance Diploma in Computer at Lumen Kristi computers affiliated with Equity Christian College. She was elected as an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in 2023 and also certified by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) in the same year.
